The petitioner is accused in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by her husband and in-laws with the help of Sanjay Sah, Raju Sah, Bipin Sah and Uma Devi and the dead body was canceled. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is the co-villager of the husband of the daughter of the informant due to that reason he has falsely been implicated in this case. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Munger, in connection with Sangrampur P.S.
