2. The present MJC No. 3745 of 2025 has been filed in MJC No. 3942 of 2024, and MJC No. 3942 of 2024 has been filed in CWJC No. 10240 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 23.09.2024, passed in CWJC No. 10240 of 2019,

Patna High Court MJC No.3745 of 2025(3) dt.17-04-2026 2/2 has not been duly complied with.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the order dated 23.09.2024, passed in CWJC No. 10240 of 2019, has been duly complied with, and the same fact has been recorded vide order dated 04.07.2025, passed in MJC No. 3942 of 2024. It has also been acknowledged in the said order that the appointment letter has been issued in favour of the petitioner.
