2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons looted the informant on point of pistol and took away his mobile phone and cash. It is further alleged that they also looted pick-up van.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he has been made accused only on suspicion. Allegation is general and omnibus.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of Arms Act.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
