2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2025. He further submits that the petitioner and the victim were in a relationship. Thereafter, on refusal of the petitioner to marry, a case under Section 376 of IPC has been filed against the petitioner earlier. When the victim tried to commit suicide, another case has been filed in which the petitioner is an accused.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025.
