The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.271 of 2019 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that for apprehending the accused Ravindra Yadav of Sessions Trial No.317 of 2014/35 of 2019, pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Nawada, the informant along with other police personnel reached near village-Hasanganj to make raid at the house of Ravindra Yadav and, in course of raid, one person was seen fleeing away, jumping the boundary wall, who was apprehended and disclosed his name as Kapil Yadav and, on search, one

In course of search of the house, the petitioner was found sleeping at the roof on a cot and beneath the cot, one loaded country made pistol with two cartridges were recovered. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Diwakar Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nawada, in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.271 of 2019. Out of the two sureties, one must be either parents or the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
