JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 12.07.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30715 of 2017 in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 2016, whereby he has been granted anticipatory bail subject to the condition of his surrendering before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the order.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that because of the contents of the order not being communicated to the petitioner by his Pairvikar, he could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53019 of 2018 (2) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer for modification of the order dated 12.07.2017 is allowed.

The order referred to above is modified to the extent that the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail on his surrendering before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 2016.

The further conditions in the order referred to above shall, however, subsist.

The application stands allowed.
