JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 17-09-2018 By way of the present writ petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the grievance is made with respect to the administration and management of Bihar Kabaddi
Patna High Court CWJC No.18556 of 2018(2) dt.17-09-2018 2/2 Association, affiliated to Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India. From the order passed by the Delhi High Court in Writ Petition (C) No. 4601 of 2013 and CM No. 14524 of 2017, it appears that the Division Bench of the Delhi High Court has already appointed an Administrator, who is directed to take over the control of the Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India and also directed to administer all its affairs.
Therefore, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the said Administrator and raise grievance with respect to the administration and management of Bihar Kabaddi Association.
Under the circumstances, we dispose off the present petition with above liberty.
