The petitioner seeks direction of this Court to the University to pay the difference of arrears of salary on his promotion as University Professor in S.B.College, Ara. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar case by order dated 23.08.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.17249 of 2019, this Court directed the petitioner of the aforesaid case to represent his case before the University and the University shall consider and verify the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order preferably within three months from

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that let the petitioner may file representation before the authority who shall consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Without going into the merit of the case, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file exhaustive representation before the authority who shall consider the case of the petitioner and pass reasoned order within three months from the date of receipt of this order.
