The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, vide order dated 11.09.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No.57415 of 2024, the bail application of the petitioner was withdrawn at the instance of the petitioner. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. 4.

Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5.

Considering that this is the second attempt of the petitioner for anticipatory bail, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is
