The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that co-accused was apprehended along with a stolen motorcycle and he disclosed the name of the petitioners as co-culprits. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that there is no sufficient material against the petitioners to compel them to go to jail, hence, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
