2. This is the second attempt of the petitioners for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 316(2)/ 318(4) of the B.N.S. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner namely, Pankaj Kumar was rejected vide order dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76816 of 2025(4) dt.11-03-2026 2/2 12.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19710 of 2025 and petitioner namely, Sashi Ranjan was rejected vide order dated 12.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20016 of 2025.
3. The S.H.O. and I.O. of Bhagwanpur Police Station have admitted that the main accused Santosh Kumar who was an absconder has been arrested by the police and a report to this effect has been filed by Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyaya, learned A.P.P. for the State.
4. Considering the fact that three witnesses have been examined and also the gravity of offence, this Court finds no ground to review its earlier orders.
5. Accordingly, these applications are dismissed again and both the parties are directed to cooperate in the trial.
6. The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali is directed to expedite the trial of accused Santosh Kumar.
7. Let a copy of this order be communicated through FAX or e-mail to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali for its compliance.
