2. The petitioner has moved the Court for payment of his leave encashment of Rs. 2,31,600/-.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of the Court to order dated 15.12.2015 passed in CWJC No. 16236 of 2011, by which a similarly situated person has been directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.24550 of 2019 dt.06-01-2020 2/2 be paid his leave encashment dues. Learned counsel submitted that the Court may issue similar directions.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents agree to the same.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with similar directions issued by the Court in order dated 15.12.2015 passed in CWJC No. 16236 of 2011.
