2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(a) and 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed the deceased for demand of dowry. During investigation, co-villagers have said that the deceased has committed suicide. The petitioner is in jail since 26.04.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, XI, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2022, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
