2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 560 of 2024 dated 07.09.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 316(2), 137(2), 62, 308(4), 76, 352, 351 and 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 8 of the POCSO Act and Section 67 of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have started chatting with the informant's daughter through a Music Group on Telegram and during the course of chatting, he took the obscene photo of the informant's daughter

Further, on 07.09.2024, the petitioner came to the house of the informant with Scorpio vehicle and tried to kidnap the informant's daughter. In the meantime, the petitioner got apprehended and handed over to police.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner neither demanded money nor attempted to kidnap the informant's daughter. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.
