The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No.315 of 2019 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of entering the petitioner at the house of the informant Rajo Pandit and committing rape upon his daughter, aged about 20 years, after locking the door of the house from inside. When the daughter of the informant raised alarm, his wife reached to open the door, then this petitioner fled away, opening the door of the house.

No.73787 of 2019(3) dt.17-03-2020 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are co-villager and due to dirty village politics, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2019. Further submission is that on medical examination of the daughter of the informant, no sign of rape was found, while she was medically examined on the next day. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Rajauli P.S.
