2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 225 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 447, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim causing simple injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of the informant and her family members with ulterior motive. The petitioner is in jail since 03.08.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 225 of 2023.
