2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhathwariya P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased after administering her poison.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2025. He further submits that though the accused persons are said to have killed the deceased but during the investigation, it has come that the deceased has committed suicide and the marriage is 15 years

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bagaha, West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Bhathwariya P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025.
