The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 364 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, son of the informant went to in-laws house where he was killed and his dead body was disposed. Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial
