The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chanpatiya PS case no. 240 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 406, 471/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding some unknown co-accused persons being involved in committing fraud with an on-line shopping company and during the course of interrogation, of the co-accused person namely Karan Kumar, he is said was suggested to have disclosed that the petitioner was the main person who was indulging in such misdeeds.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya PS case no. 240 of 2019.
