The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Khirimore P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 691 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the patent falsity apparent in this application, I am not inclined to entertain the same. It is,
