In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.120 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl is major and she in her statement has stated that she had gone with the petitioner of her own volition and now they have entered into the marriage and they are living as husband and wife.

Case No. 120 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
