2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 364(A), 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Sections 364, 302, 201, 120(B) of the IPC were further added.
3. Earlier prayer of grant of regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 21.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71890 of 2022 with a direction to trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months failing which, the petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
4. In compliance of order dated 15.12.2023, a progress report dated 23.12.2023 has been received from which it appears that only one charge-sheeted witness has yet to be

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial has not been concluded as yet. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 3.2.2022.
6. In that view of the matter, this application stands disposed off.
7. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months positively, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) sushma/- U
