2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Nagar P.S.Case No. 119 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the FIR, it appears that the victim, petitioner and others took liquor together along with some anti allergic injections and the victim died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83798 of 2024(2) dt.03-01-2025 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Siwan Nagar P.S.Case No. 119 of 2024.
