2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 288 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act).

3. As per allegation, on 14.06.2023 at about 8:30 P.M. daughter of the informant went to attend call of nature with her mother. When they reached near the village, this petitioner along with other co-accused kidnapped her for the purpose of

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, as a matter of fact, there was love and affection between the petitioner and the alleged victim girl. Both have solemnized marriage, the victim is residing in the house of the petitioner and the couple have been blessed with a child.

5. Learned counsel for the informant submits that he has no objection.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII-cum Special Judge (POCSO), Bettiah, District- West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 288 of 2023, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
