JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 420, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 of Bihar Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation) Rules, 2013. Allegation against the petitioner is that the informant came to know that one clinic was illegally functioning and on raid he found that four persons were conducting operation of a female and when they were asked to produce document, they have not produced any decree or document.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no concern with the offence. He is an outsider and moreover he is in custody since 09.07.2018. Heard learned APP appearing for the State also.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54822 of 2018 (2) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 In view of the fact and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad with condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner must be a local.
