The Circle Officer, Kanti, Muzaffarpur is directed to consider the representation which shall be filed by the petitioners in accordance with law, as it has been alleged that construction of Mosque is being done on the road. If the petitioner files the representation within seven days from today then the Circle Officer will initiate an encroachment proceeding and act in accordance with law.
