2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghurna P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 317(5) of BNS and Sections 8 and 20(b) (ii)(c) of NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 74.500 KGs of Ganja was recovered from two vehicles. From the vehicle of the petitioner, 36 Kgs. of Ganja was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands dismissed.
