2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 309(2), 310(2) and 317(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The case of the prosecution is that four persons entered in the house of the informant. They were armed with country made pistol and knife. They tied the informant and his wife. It is further alleged that they took away the cash and mobile. The FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants. During course of investigaion the name of this petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused and this petitioner has also given his confessional statement.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It has only come during investigation that from the mobile which was stolen from the house of the informant, UPI transfer was made in the account of the brother of the petitioner. No TIP was conducted. The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2024.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned C.J.M., Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 209 of 2024.
7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
