The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bounsi P.S.Case No. 86 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 323, 341, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are agnates. There is case and counter case between them. The present case is counter blast of Bounsi P.S.Case No. 87 of 2018 lodged by Sanjay Kumar Kapri against the informant and others in which this petitioner has also sustained injury. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2018. He has no criminal antecedent.

It is alleged that this petitioner along with two other

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55605 of 2018(3) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 persons assaulted Amod Kapri causing injury. Injury report has been enclosed as Annexure-2 wherein doctor has found one injury on his head.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is allowed. The petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018 with condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) sujit/- U T
