====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. There is a case and counter case. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.01.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 51657 of 2015. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.57623 of 2018(3) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2013 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
