The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 158 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioners started to dismental the hand pump of informant, Bhola Yadav saying that water of hand pump is flowing towards their land. When his sister-in-law, Chinta Devi made protest then all started to abuse and assault to her causing injury at her hand. Thereafter, his sister-in-law rushed to the Primary Health Centre, Atri and when

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to flowing of water of hand pump of informant towards the land of the petitioners scuffle took place but with ulterior motive the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned J.M. Ist Class, Gaya, in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 158 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
