The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 936 of 2021 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 03.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69262 of 2022 with an observation to learned trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as soon as possible.

No.84913 of 2023(3) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report, dated 22.01.2024, with regard to present stage of trial has been received and the same is kept at flag 'A'. From its perusal it appears that the trial may be concluded within a period of six months.
No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for grant of regular bail is rejected.
Accordingly, petition stands disposed off.
However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within stipulated period ie. 6 months., failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer of bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Nirajkrs/- U T
