While rejecting the prayer for bail vide order dated 02.09.2019 under Criminal Miscellaneous No.44610 (Annexure1) it was observed; "in such circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected at this stage with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after framing of charge as observed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in case of another co-accused". It is evident that co-accused Ashok Singh has been granted bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.76175 of 2019 whose prayer for bail was earlier rejected with observation to renew after charge having been framed.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76164 of 2019(3) dt.27-05-2020 2/2 case, the petitioner Kara Bind @ Kara Jamadar @ Karu Jamadar @ Karu Bind is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with S.T. No.448 of 2019 arising out of Parwalpur P.S. Case No.92 of 2018. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) skpathak/- U T
