2. This writ petition has been filed for relaxing the term imposed vide order dated 17.12.2022 passed in Α.Β.Ρ. No. 2919/2022 by the District and Session Judge, Gopalganj by which the Court below has imposed a condition, while granting Anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Baikunthpur P.S. case no. 308/2021, to deposit 50,000/- on every second month till realisation of all monies.
3. The petitioner has approached this Court without
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.90 of 2024(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 moving before the Court below for modification of the order dated 17.12.2022 passed in Α.Β.Ρ. No. 2919/2022 by the District and Session Judge, Gopalganj.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move before the Court below for redressal of his grievances.
