2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 132 of 2023 arising out of Tajpur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2021 registered on 19.05.2021 under Sections 395, 412, 120B of the I.P.C. which has been rejected vide order dated 05.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 30625 of 2022 with direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial preferably within one year after framing of charge.

3. On earlier occasion, this Court has called for status report of the present case.

4. Upon perusal of the Status report, it seems that till date charge has not been framed. As such, this case is appears to be premature. But trial Court is directed to make sure that

5. With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
