Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the Nagar Parishad, Mokama are present. Learned counsel for Nagar Parishad, Mokama has informed that the Special Meeting to discuss the 'No Confidence Motion' was held and the said 'No Confidence Motion' has failed, therefore, this writ application has become infructuous.
