JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Gwalpara (Ararop) P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2018. He is not named in the written report. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that name of petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Suraj Kumar.
It is alleged in the written report that one dead body was recovered from the bank of Sursar river under Rakiya village.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55879 of 2018 (3) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Gwalpara (Ararop) P.S.
