JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 24-09-2018 In the given facts and circumstances, the petitioner may bring the entire materials to the notice of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar who will consider the materials brought before him to find out whether the petitioner has been rightly raising her grievance against the attachment notice issued in respect of the properties which she is claiming to be her properties exclusively given to her in a partition suit. Let the petitioner file such application in the court below within a period of 30 days which will be considered and appropriate order shall be passed thereon within next 45 days from the date of filing of the application.
The petitioner may pray for interim order in the court
