The present writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to make payment difference of arrear of salary for the period of April 2000 to July 2014 including D.A., H.R.A. and M.A. for the period of 1.1.2006 to 31st March, 2010 on revised pay point which has not been paid to the petitioner and other admitted dues along with interest on

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner is ready on the point that petitioner shall file a representation before the concerned Authorities for redressal of his grievances. 4.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent no.4 (The Registrar, T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur) enclosing all the relevant documents and orders passed by this Court in his favour and in favour of other similarly situated persons, within a period of four weeks.

The respondent no.4 is well advised to consider the representation of the petitioner, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks after filing of the representation.

It is made clear that, if an order is not passed within the stipulated period, the respondent no.4 shall be personally held liable for non-compliance of the order of this Court. 7.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ application is disposed of.
