This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No.660 of 2019, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution on 26.09.2019.

Patna High Court MJC No.4656 of 2019(4) dt.08-09-2020 2/2 On account of the reasons beyond his control, it is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that he could not reach the Court on time and as such, the writ petition was dismissed on account of non-appearance of the counsel on 26.09.2019.
