2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 76, 303(2), 324(1), 109(1), 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78942 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai/concerned Court below in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i) The petitioner will mark their attendance at the Halsi Police Station on the every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.

(ii) The petitionerswill file an affidavit that they will not consume illicit liquor in near future.
