The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019 dated 14.07.2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 30(a), 36 and 41(1) of the 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3.5 litres of country made liquor is stated to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2019. For the aforestated facts the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
