JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 The petitioner is a retired Government servant and is getting his monthly pension. He suspects that the pension is not being credited in his account strictly in accordance with the rate at which the same has been fixed. He has made an application before the Branch Manager, Bank of India, Motihari with a request to supply to him the details of the payments made in his pension account. He is said to have approached the Bank on 19.10.2019.

Considering the nature of grievance, which the petitioner is raising, this application is disposed of with a direction that let the Branch Manager of the Bank supply the
