The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tatarpur (University) PS case no. 78 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 394 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding unknown persons having robbed Rs. 14,29,000/- from the informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is an accused in four other cases but he is on bail in the said four cases. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the similarly situated co-accused person has already been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73062 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 granted bail vide order dated 02.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 54462 of 2019. The petitioner is said to be languishing in custody since 26.08.2019.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Bhagalpur in connection with Tatarpur (University) PS case no. 78 of 2019.
