2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 23.11.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017 for the offence alleged under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 27.04.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 20926 of 2018.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
