2. The petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2023 in connection with Taryani Chhapra P.S. Case No. 61/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of taking away the deceased. Subsequently, the dead body of the deceased has been found.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Relying upon the injury found in the post mortem report, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it may be a case of road accident. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1, Sheohar in connection with Taryani Chhapra P.S. Case No. 61/2023.
