====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely being relative of deceased petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature and nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. As a matter of fact, the deceased had herself committed suicide. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.06.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
