2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 590 of 2023 dated 02.12.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have got the appointment of Prakhand Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85574 of 2024(3) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2024, who is a lady.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner got appointment on the basis of forged and fabricated certificate.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 590 of 2023.

7. The application stands allowed.
