2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 245 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, when the daughter of the informant went to study, co-accused Ujjawal Kumar ill-treated and in consequence thereof, tried to commit rape upon her.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the allegation of outraging the modesty of daughter of the informant is not against the petitioner rather, it is against his son. The petitioner has falsely been implicated merely because he is father of the main accused. He has submitted further that there is case and counter case. He is a person of clean antecedent.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.370 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 245 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
