The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No.84 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201/120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased died in an accidental firing.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2023. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also his period of custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
